Each Standi user operates within an isolated cloud instance. Your data is stored separately from other users and is never shared across accounts. Your process data, credentials, and execution history are accessible only to you.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.), Standi accesses only the data required to execute your defined processes. Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your data, including process definitions, execution history, and stored credentials, is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, isolated compute environments, and regular security audits. Approval gates ensure no external actions are taken without your explicit consent.
