Standi.Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
All Standi plans include a 7-day free trial. During the Open Beta period, free trials may be extended at our discretion. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe to a paid plan.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe to a paid plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription. Refund requests after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].
5. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Inference Credits
Monthly inference credits are included with each plan and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over and are not refundable.
