1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Standi (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Standi is an AI-powered platform that automates recurring business processes. The Service includes process creation, scheduling, execution, and integration with third-party tools. Standi is powered by the OpenClaw agent framework.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Free Trial and Billing
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. During the Open Beta period, trials may be extended at our discretion. All prices are in USD and billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Inference Credits
Each subscription plan includes a monthly inference credit for AI model usage at market prices. Unused credits do not roll over. If credits are exhausted before the billing cycle ends, process execution may be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to send spam, to attempt unauthorized access to other systems, or in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service. Standi retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology. Process definitions you create are yours and can be exported at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Standi is not liable for damages resulting from process execution errors, third-party service disruptions, or data loss beyond the scope of our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
