Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 5, 2026

THE SHORT VERSION
  • This site is a landing page for Standi's private beta. The site itself sets no cookies and collects almost nothing.
  • If you apply for the beta, we receive your email and what you write. We use it to review your application and reply — nothing else. No marketing lists unless you explicitly ask for updates.
  • Our analytics is cookieless. No cookies, no personal data, no tracking you across sites — aggregate numbers only.
  • We don't sell your data and we don't run ads.
  • If you're admitted, billing runs through Stripe — we never see your card number.
  • Want your data corrected or deleted? Email [email protected].

The full version below says the same thing with the details filled in.

01 · WHO WE ARE

Who we are and what this policy covers

Standi is operated by Standi AI Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("Standi", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

This policy covers the standi.ai website, applications to the Standi private beta — by form or by email — and, once you're admitted, your account and billing. How working data inside the product is handled (the content of the tools you connect) is explained at onboarding, before any of your working data reaches Standi.

02 · WHAT WE COLLECT

What we collect, and what we deliberately don't

Beta applications. When you apply — through the application form or by emailing us — we receive your name, email address, company name, preferred contact channel, and your answers about how your work runs today: which processes stall, what you've tried, what made it urgent. The application link may also carry a referral tag that tells us how you found us.

Application answers are free text. Please don't include client names, credentials, or confidential details — we don't need them to say yes.

Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the exchange like any normal business correspondence.

Account & billing. If you're admitted and create an account, we hold your name, email, company, and workspace settings. Payments are processed by Stripe: your card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches us — we see only the billing details you enter and your payment status.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how this site is used. Plausible is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and creates no persistent identifier. It doesn't collect personal data and doesn't follow you across sites. We see aggregate numbers only — page views, referrers, countries. Analytics data is processed and stored in the EU.

What we deliberately don't do here: no cookies, no user accounts, no payment data, no ad trackers, no cross-site tracking, no data brokers — and we never sell personal data.

03 · HOW WE USE IT

How we use your data, and on what basis

REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION

We read your answers to decide whether the beta fits how you work, and we contact you about the result. In GDPR terms: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

UNDERSTANDING DEMAND

We look at applications in aggregate to understand which processes people most want off their plate. In GDPR terms: our legitimate interest in building the right product (Art. 6(1)(f)).

PRODUCT UPDATES

We send product updates only if you explicitly asked for them, and every such email has a one-click unsubscribe. Applying to the beta does not subscribe you to anything.

SITE ANALYTICS

Aggregate, cookieless statistics as described above. No personal data is retained in our analytics.

04 · WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Service providers — and nobody else

We don't sell personal data and we don't share it with advertisers. A small number of service providers process data on our behalf:

PLAUSIBLE ANALYTICS

Cookieless site analytics, processed in the EU. Their data policy.

HOSTING & EMAIL

Our site runs on standard cloud hosting. Email to [email protected] is handled by Google Workspace.

STRIPE

Payment processing for beta subscriptions. Your card details go directly to Stripe, not through us. Their privacy policy.

Beyond that, we would disclose data only if the law genuinely requires it — and where we're allowed to, we'd tell you first.

05 · WHERE IT LIVES

Where your data lives

We are a US company, so application data and correspondence are processed in the United States. Site analytics stays in the EU with Plausible. If you're applying from the EU or UK, our providers handle transfers under recognized safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

06 · HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

How long we keep it

If we admit you to the beta, your application becomes part of your beta record and is kept while you participate. If we don't — or you don't take the spot — we keep your application for up to 12 months so we can reach out when capacity opens, then delete it. If you opted into product updates, we keep your email until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete everything sooner at any time.

07 · YOUR RIGHTS

Your rights

Wherever you are: email [email protected] and we'll show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We aim to respond within 30 days, and usually much faster.

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the GDPR rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

If you're in California, this page is our notice of what we collect and who we share it with, and the process above is how you review and request changes. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.

Do Not Track. This site doesn't track visitors across sites and sets no cookies, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off — every visitor already gets the behavior those signals ask for.

08 · CHILDREN

Children

Standi is a tool for running companies. The site isn't directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we'll delete it.

09 · CHANGES

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top. If a change is material — new data, new purposes, new recipients — we'll say so visibly on this page, and where we can, tell applicants directly.
