- Standi is in private beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn — and some things on the site may never ship.
- Applying doesn't guarantee access. We onboard a small cohort by hand.
- Standi is a paid subscription per seat, after a free trial. Stripe handles the card; cancel any time.
- The beta comes as is: no warranties, no SLA, and our liability is capped.
- Standi's agents are AI. Review what they produce, and you decide what they may touch and what needs your approval.

What these terms cover
These terms cover the standi.ai website, applying to the Standi private beta, and participating in the beta if we admit you. They are an agreement between you and Standi AI Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Standi", "we", "us").
By using the site, applying, or participating in the beta, you accept these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you're authorized to do that.
Standi is built for business use. By creating an account you confirm you're acting in a business capacity — for a company you work with, or for your own business even if it isn't incorporated yet — and not as a consumer.
The website describes a product in motion
Everything on standi.ai describes a product under active development. It's an honest picture of what we're building — not a binding commitment to build, keep, or release any particular feature. Screens, examples, and capabilities shown may change or never ship.
The site's content — text, design, diagrams, the Standi name and wordmark — belongs to us. Don't reuse it without our permission, beyond what normal browsing and sharing links involves.
Applying to the beta
Applying is a request, not a purchase. We review applications by hand and admit the companies where we believe Standi will genuinely hold — which means we may decline, defer, or waitlist an application without giving a reason. What we do with your application data is in the Privacy Policy.
The private beta — what you're actually getting
If we admit you, you get access to a product that is early on purpose. In plain words, and then once more in capital letters below:
- It will change. Features may be added, changed, broken, or removed at any time, without notice. Nothing in the beta commits us to release anything.
- No SLA. There are no uptime, availability, support, or response-time commitments during the beta.
- Treat beta data as replaceable. We may reset or delete beta data as the product evolves, and we have no obligation to migrate your data or configuration into any future version. Keep your systems of record where they are — Standi orchestrates around them.
- Access is per invitation. Your access is for you and your company and isn't transferable.
- Either side can stop. You can leave the beta at any time; we can suspend or end beta access at any time. We'll aim to give you notice and a way to export what's yours, but during a beta we can't promise either.
- Feedback is a gift we'll actually use. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without restriction or payment — that's part of the deal of a beta.
Billing, trial, and cancellation
Standi is a paid subscription, priced per seat — a seat is one person on your team using Standi.
- You start with a free trial. When you join, you use Standi free for the trial period shown when you connect. Before the trial ends, we'll ask you to add a card — and you won't be charged until the trial is over.
- Then the subscription renews monthly. After the trial, your card is charged automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. Before you add a card, we show you the price, the billing period, and how to cancel.
- Cancel any time. Cancelling is as simple as subscribing — in the product, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't refund the period already started.
- Stripe handles payments. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number never touches our systems. Invoices go to the billing details you enter (your company's, or your own if your business isn't incorporated yet), and you're responsible for keeping them accurate.
- Taxes. Prices don't include taxes. Where we're required to collect tax, it's added at checkout.
- Price changes. If we raise the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
AI, agents, and your approvals
Standi's agents are AI systems. That has three practical consequences:
- AI output can be wrong — including when it looks confident and well-formed. Review output before you rely on it or act on it.
- Agents act inside the systems you connect — they can draft and send messages, update records, and move work forward, within the access you grant. You decide which systems Standi may touch and which actions wait at your approval gate. You're responsible for the scope of access you grant and for the actions you approve.
- Third-party AI providers do the model work. Standi passes content to AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to produce output. Where you connect your own model subscription or API key, that use is also governed by the provider's own terms and policies.
Standi doesn't provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and its output isn't a substitute for a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
Use Standi lawfully and like a good neighbor. Don't use it to break the law or others' rights; don't probe, overload, or disrupt the service; don't try to access other customers' data; and don't use your access primarily to build a copy of Standi.
No warranties
THE SITE AND THE BETA SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Limits on our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the site or the beta will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law — including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the beta evolve. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change is material, we'll say so on this page and — for admitted beta participants — tell you directly. Continuing to use the site or the beta after a change means you accept the updated terms.
